Basecamp Future creates a platform for people within TÜV NORD GROUP around future topics, e.g. innovation, digitalization, sustainability, and to focus on a joint effort in this regard. We want to bring people together, create an open, inspiring and productive atmosphere, give impulses and give recognition to colleagues, that are/will be part of this joint effort.

At the 2025 TÜV NORD GROUP Management Conference, we introduced the seven Digital Non‑Negotiables:
AI-first*, cloud based, platform-driven, data-driven, governed & secure, share & reapply globally, leverage existing market solutions.

These principles form the foundation of our successful transformation into a data‑driven and trustworthy company. They guide how TÜV NORD GROUP will harness AI and cloud‑based solutions to enable zero‑touch customer processes, supported by human‑in‑the‑loop, and to build platform‑driven digital business models with a high degree of automation.

To ensure a sustainable and actionable implementation, the Digital Non‑Negotiables build the central element of our Basecamp Future 2026 program.
