  • During the semester: A maximum of 20 hours per week.
  • During semester breaks: Up to 38.5 hours per week.

As a central support pillar, you will actively assist our Project Managers across nearly all areas:

• Project Support: Assist throughout all project phases, from initial scoping and proposal preparation to final project closing.
• Monitoring & Tracking: Help track project objectives, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
• Communication: Support internal and external stakeholder management by maintaining a high-quality flow of information.
• Documentation & Tools: Handle project documentation and knowledge management using tools like MS Teams and SharePoint.

• You are a currently enrolled university student in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• You are fluent in English (C1). A good command of the German language is an advantage. 
• You have a good command of collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint). A basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.
• You bring high motivation, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. You thrive and feel comfortable in an international, intercultural environment.
