• Develop company-wide new digital products and services
• Orchestrate and bundle these products and services to create holistic consulting services and provide these services to customers 
• Provide management consulting services to our clients
• Contribute to service design / service systems engineering as well as to business process modelling and optimization
• Define corresponding IT-architectures
• Support process analysis of mining operations and/or customer processes 
• Identify customer demands with other departments
• Manage innovation and R&D projects

• University degree in IT or engineering
• Relevant work experience related to digital transformation or management consulting, ideally within the mining industry and with a process optimization focus
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) along with the ability to present at congresses or to customers; German advantageous
• Willingness to travel regularly
