DMT GmbH & Co. KG, Location Essen

This is what you can expect

  • You will coordinate turnkey plant engineering projects in terms of quality, budget and deadlines, and will have global responsibility for the commissioning and control of process engineering systems.
  • You will reduce risks on the basis of active opportunity/risk management and the timely implementation of appropriate (counter-)measures.
  • You will see to the generation of mass flow diagrams and of other process engineering calculations, finalised pipework and instrumentation diagrams, and will be responsible for overseeing the installation of the key equipment.
  • You will assist the Technical Sales department with the drawing up of quotations and sales documents.
  • You will also conduct sales talks and negotiations and contribute to the optimisation of existing systems, methods and processes.

This is what we expect

  • You have studied chemical process engineering or a comparable discipline to degree/master’s degree level and have a sound understanding of chemical and mechanical process engineering.
  • You also have relevant professional experience in plant engineering project management and a good grasp of process engineering construction materials (to European and ASME standards).
  • You are familiar with engineering modelling tools (CHEMCAD, Aspen) as well as with MS Office, MS Project and SAP.
  • You have an autonomous, methodical and solution-oriented approach to work along with a team focus and good communication skills, also in English.
  • You are willing to travel internationally for work.
