The second employee survey of the TÜV NORD GROUP took place from 20 November to 8 December. All employees of the national and international companies were called upon to express their opinions. The survey was carried out by the independent institute GfK EOR to ensure anonymity and data security.
A total of 6,593 employees completed the survey, representing 63.5 percent of all the employees of the TÜV NORD GROUP. This is 6.3 percentage points more than in the first survey in 2014.
The employees of the TÜV NORD GROUP like their work, are strongly motivated to do it well, and identify with their company. Such is the overall tone of the 2017 employee survey.
