TÜV NORD Mobilität: Change at Sales and Marketing

Reiner Jaspers took over the management of TÜV NORD Mobilität Sales and Marketing at the beginning of April. Klaus Jürgensen, who worked in this area for many years, will now be undertaking other tasks within the company.

Reiner Jaspers took over the management of TÜV NORD Mobilität Sales and Marketing at the beginning of April. Klaus Jürgensen, who worked in this area for many years, will now be undertaking other tasks within the company.

As Dr Robert Plank, Chairman of the Board, says: “Klaus Jürgensen has an established position within our company and has acquired an exceptional reputation in the mobility sector over a long period of time. I would like to thank him most sincerely for his years of commitment in the role of Marketing and Sales Manager. Above all in the strategic “Car Dealership/Repair Shop” business area, he set standards which made a vital contribution to our business success. In future he will be taking over operative responsibility for the south-eastern region and also for partner management at TÜV NORD Mobilität.“

The new Sales and Marketing Manager will be Reiner Jaspers. He is joining the company from Dekra, where for the last four years he was Managing Director and Vice President International Sales.

Dr Plank: “I am extremely pleased that we have been able to win Reiner Jaspers for TÜV NORD Mobilität. He has a great deal of experience in the automotive markets of Asia and North America, and has already successfully undertaken M&A projects and gained access to new client groups. His know-how and profound knowledge of the market will be of great advantage to us in pursuing our strategic goals.”

Reiner Jaspers comes from Mönchengladbach, is 50 years old and is married with two children (14 / 22). Since 17 March he has been getting to know his new sphere of activity: “After my first few days in the company, I have the impression that the people who work for TÜV NORD Mobilität are looking towards the future and want to make a real difference. I will be taking over a professional and motivated team from Klaus Jürgensen which I can build on, and I am looking forward to working with them to tackle and achieve our goals. TÜV NORD has an extremely good name and is a really strong brand, and we want to strengthen this and develop it further. In the area of Sales and Marketing we want to play a part in further developing sales and profitability, securing sustainable employment in Germany.”
