Why do we need Strategy2025 – hasn’t each business unit already set its course for the future?
Strategy2025 is the shared context for the direction of the TÜV NORD GROUP in the years from 2021 to 2025. The strategies of the business and functional units form a symbiotic whole, supported by the Group‘s central units. Strategy2025 is the foundation for our shared achievement of our ambitious goals.
What is changing?
The TÜV NORD GROUP is continuing to develop. With Strategy2025, we’re setting the tone in a rapidly changing world with our progressive digitalisation and impetus for social change. Strategy2025 focuses on the requirements of our customers, complemented by the need for sustainability.
Which global megatrends have informed the TÜV NORD GROUP’s strategy?

Why do I have to be familiar with Strategy2025 as an operationally active employee?
It’s the employees of the TÜV NORD GROUP who will implement Strategy2025 operationally and bring it to life. Each of us has an individual contribution to make. Only together will we be successful, and we won’t come together unless we know our individual personal roles in the team.
How can I support innovation in my field of work?
When it comes to their customers and their work environment, our employees know best. The Group and the business units seek to motivate our employees even more to actively participate in innovations, new services and the further development of our internal processes.
