Each group presented its results in a presentation at the end of the program.

The 28 participants from all the business areas from TÜV NORD China’s branch offices throughout the country were given the task of analysing business cases and finding solutions, i.e. applying the knowledge acquired in the program. These case studies were created by the jury members, who were Managing Director Jun Ren, Finance Director Yi Ding, the other Vice Presidents Angella Xu, Haining Song and Jefferey Fan, Eileen Yuan and Human Resources Manager Michael Gao.

“The program has enabled us to improve the leadership and impact of our managers,” says Jun Ren. “In addition, high potentials have been able to improve their social skills.”

The initial impetus for the TÜV NORD China Talent Development Program came from the TÜV NORD GROUP’s HR development team and management appraisals carried out in 2016 to 2018.
