Andreas Homola (39) has taken over the area of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) at TÜV NORD AG.
“I am looking forward to the new challenge. Together we want to go on driving the growth of TÜV NORD GROUP, focussing on the strategically important areas in Germany and abroad”, Mr Homola explains.
Before coming to TÜV NORD, Andreas Homola worked for seven years at Deutsche Post in Bonn, where his last post was as head of strategic management. Before this he was senior manager for M&A projects, responsible for the entire process from project initiation up to integration.
He has also held positions at Ergo Versicherungsgruppe in Düsseldorf, where he was an international operations consultant, and at M&A consultancy C.H. Reynolds in Frankfurt/Main, as Senior Analyst for the M&A Advisory area.
Andreas Homola studied Economics at the University of Gießen and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (USA), subsequently gaining an MBA at the London Business School.
He was born in Dortmund and is now based in Essen.
