In 2019 the day will finally arrive – the TÜV NORD GROUP will be celebrating its 150th anniversary. We want to take advantage of this important date to acquaint our employees, customers, clients and the public more fully with our history. In collaboration with the historians from the timefab agency, we have already started to research and sift through some historical documents and photographs.
So that we can honour the distinct identities of the companies in the TÜV NORD GROUP, we also want to include the perspectives and memories of our staff both past and present in our research. And, to this end, we need your support: Do you have any photographs of your time in the TÜV NORD GROUP, for instance of trips abroad, or of an unusual inspection order or simply of a typical working situation at one of our sites? Have you kept company brochures, promotional materials or other documents from the past decades? Have you perhaps even committed your own impressions of your working life to paper? We would be grateful if you could lend us any historical material of this kind or any other that you may have so that we can compile a full account of our history.
