TÜV NORD Greater China has issued the first customised Service Quality Management (SQM) System Certificate to ZPMC

During a Certificate Award Ceremony in the TÜV NORD Greater China Shanghai office, the General Manager of TÜV NORD Greater China, Jun Wan-Ren, handed over the first customised Service Quality Management (SQM) System Certificate to ZPMC’s Vice General Manager Jianjun Song (Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Co., Ltd), the first SQM certificate to be issued in the Asia-Pacific Region.

Both ZPMC and TÜV NORD are aware that the modern service industry is becoming highly influential in the national economy and is strongly accelerating economic growth. In order to provide a professional service, ZPMC has chosen TÜV NORD to improve its quality of service in respect of hardware, software and processes. Taking into account the former’s specific situation in the industry, TÜV NORD Greater China has developed a series of SQM services to meet their needs, based on the standard ISO 9001:2015 and also integrated with the VDA 6.3 process audit method.
