What was TÜV NORD Sweden is now TÜV NORD Scandinavia. “What comes as just a change of brand has to be seen in a much wider context,” says Anders Egerbo, General Manager of TÜV NORD Scandinavia. “TÜV NORD Sweden was and is the biggest of the Scandinavian TÜV NORD companies with customers in the entire region, including Norway, where TÜV NORD doesn’t have a legal entity.“ The new brand name will make it easier for the company to cross borders with its services – completely in line with the idea behind BOLD MOVE.
The former TÜV NORD Sweden has strongholds in the Certification, Nuclear and Manufacturing Technology Operative Business Segments (OBS). TÜV NORD Denmark has been run by a Swedish management for more than a year now; the activities of the company focus mainly on material testing. TÜV NORD Finland offers services to car importers and dealers.
