• You are responsible for building and further developing our start-up ecosystem with internal as well as external partners (e.g. technical universities, start-up associations) to bring inspiration, new knowledge and new business to TÜV NORD GROUP.
• You shape the future of TÜV NORD GROUP’s business by discovering start-ups and emerging customer needs.
• You work together with leaders from our different business units to help reach our vision and be at the heart of innovation.
• You moderate innovation workshops particularly related to the adoption of AI in daily work.
• You plan, coordinate and implement projects and key tasks in cooperation with internal and external team members relating to innovation and digitalisation at group level and business unit level.
• You prepare and discuss decision proposals in advance with different stakeholders, such as members of our group executive committee.

• University degree in economics, industrial engineering, entrepreneurship, innovation management, or comparable qualification
• Relevant experience and effective technical and methodological skills in innovation management and project management
• Affinity for trends, innovations and technologies as well as interest in entrepreneurship, start-ups, innovation
• Sound experience in moderating and in developing teams
• Independent and entrepreneurial working style: You are not satisfied with the status quo, but question processes and strategies
• Curious networker who is communicative and not afraid to communicate in large corporate organizations
• Good communication skills across all hierarchical levels as well as the ability to build sustainable networks
• Organizational skills: You maintain an overview despite changing requirements and successfully manage your tasks/team tasks even in challenging times
• Excellent command of English and German, both spoken and written
