Accessible and user-friendly: TÜV NORD launches new website

Comprehensive relaunch of the website focuses on greater accessibility, SEO integration, and easy navigation.

Booking a general inspection for your car, getting up to date on cyber security or booking your next training course - all this is now possible with just a few clicks. The TÜV NORD GROUP has comprehensively relaunched its group-wide website. With a fresh design and optimised user-friendliness, the company is setting new standards in digital communication and customer interaction.

The central service website https://www.tuev-nord.de/ went online at the beginning of September 2025. Other websites, in particular international websites, will follow in the relaunch process by the end of September 2025. The relaunch of the websites is part of the strategic orientation to strengthen the digital presence and meet the growing requirements in the area of e-commerce and online marketing.

The TÜV NORD GROUP has designed the website relaunch since 2022 together with the supporting agencies elbkapitäne (strategy), Leuchtfeuer (technology) and Digit.ly (SEO). The new websites are implemented in the TYPO3 content management system.

Creating a barrier-free customer experience
A central element of the relaunch is the increased accessibility of the websites with the aim of providing all users with unrestricted access to information. Easy language was therefore integrated to increase the comprehensibility of content for all visitors and thus promote inclusion and accessibility in the digital space.

"Creating a platform that is not only informative but also offers a seamless and enjoyable user experience was our main goal," explains Julia Mandrión Soria, Head of Digital Communication, TÜV NORD AG. "With the new design and improved functions, we can support our customers even better and make it easier for them to access our services."

Improved navigation structure for easy access to the wide range of services
The redesigned structure of www.tuev-nord.de is characterised by four central entry areas - Services, Industries, Topics, Knowledge. This means that the focus is always on the individual information required by customers, who can thus immerse themselves in the TÜV NORD GROUP's wide range of topics with just a few clicks. Special attention was paid to the integration of SEO strategies in order to increase the visibility of the websites in search engines and maximise their reach. This is ensured, for example, by the overview pages under sectors and topics, which can be easily accessed via search engines in particular. The revised knowledge portal brings together various journalistic formats from the fields of education, certification, mobility and innovation

New web style guide as a further development of the Group-wide brand strategy
As part of the relaunch, a comprehensive web style guide was also developed, which serves as a further development of the brand's corporate design. This style guide ensures that TÜV NORD's brand identity is presented consistently and attractively across all digital channels worldwide. It provides clear guidelines for the design and use of visual elements and helps to strengthen brand perception.

"The relaunch of our central website tuev-nord.de is an important milestone in our digital transformation in order to offer our customers a contemporary, entertaining online experience."
