The Supervisory Board of TÜV NORD AG has appointed Inga Dransfeld-Haase as the Group’s new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Labour Director with effect from 1 September 2025. When she joins the Board of Management, she will also become a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Inga Dransfeld-Haase, who has a degree in law, has held various management positions at BP Europe SE since 2020; in 2023 she was appointed to the board of the same company as Director of Labour and Social Affairs with responsibility for more than 9,000 employees in Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Austria, Poland and Hungary. Prior to that, she held various management positions at Nordzucker AG.
As Thomas Rappuhn, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TÜV NORD AG, says: “With the appointment of Inga Dransfeld-Haase to the Board of Management, I’m delighted that we have been able to recruit a very committed and single-minded individual with many years of experience in HR. As of 1 September 2025, the Board of Management of TÜV NORD AG will thus consist of Dirk Stenkamp (Chairman/CEO), Jürgen Himmelsbach (Finance/CFO), Ringo Schmelzer (Chief Operating Officer/COO) and Inga Dransfeld-Haase (Human Resources/CHRO).
