Your Responsibilities

  • Leadership through entire Project Life-Cycle
    • Project Initiation & Scoping: Process incoming requests and tender documents for pre-qualification, translating them into clear project scopes, detailed proposals, and resource plans.
    • Planning & Execution: Lead projects through all phases—initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing. Define clear objectives, deliverables, and quality targets.
    • Resource & Process Management: Secure necessary resources and ensure full compliance with certification processes and industry guidelines. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with maximum efficiency.
    • Performance Monitoring: Actively monitor project performance regarding budget, schedule, and scope to ensure timely completion and financial efficiency.
    • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Establish structured communication plans to ensure transparency, log actionable information, and facilitate a high-quality flow of information.
  • Risk & Quality Management: Identify project risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies while maintaining the highest quality standards across all deliverables.
  • Documentation & Tools: Maintain professional documentation and knowledge management using tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint; transform raw project data into actionable management information.
  • Continuous Improvement & Growth: Conduct post-project analyses (Lessons Learned) to optimize internal processes, promote best-practice PM methods, and actively contribute to the company's future growth.

Required Profile

  • Education: University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in project management.
  • Methodology: Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the wind industry, key stakeholders, and relevant certifications or standards is an advantage.
  • Communication & Languages: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English (C2 level) is required; a good command of German is an advantage.
  • Tools: Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint, and document management software).
  • Mindset: You are highly organized, capable of prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in an international, intercultural environment.
