Contracts with TÜV NORD GROUP are based on the General Terms and Conditions (GTC), which customers accept by placing an order. The General Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall apply to all orders placed by companies of the TÜV NORD GROUP. The testing and certification regulations are an integral part of all contracts for the respective testing and certification services and contain, among other things, regulations on procedures and the use of certificates and test marks.
