TÜV NORD Mobilität is presenting a corporate start-up for the first time with the new claims portal “kaayo”. Through in-depth integration into existing processes and the promotion of networked collaboration, kaayo helps garages, lawyers and experts to process claims quickly and efficiently.
The new platform centralizes communication and all relevant information, thereby promoting efficient collaboration between the parties involved in claims management. The networking of the various players leads to faster claims processing. Case-specific communication takes place directly in kaayo, eliminating the need for emails and other communication channels. Users have the option of storing their own templates for frequently required documents, which can be retrieved, automatically filled out and digitally signed in the event of a claim. This function makes a significant contribution to increasing efficiency.
One of the key functions of the new claims portal is the central overview of claims. This function provides all parties involved with full transparency regarding the current status of claims and facilitates traceability, which is particularly important in the event of invoice reductions.
In addition, kaayo can be seamlessly connected to the most commonly used dealer management systems (DMS), allowing data to be exchanged between systems and saving garages valuable time. Another key aspect of the new claims portal is the ongoing development and adaptation to user feedback, which is actively collected. The system is regularly updated to integrate new functions and improve the user experience.
As a corporate start-up, kaayo operates independently and autonomously. The partnership between TÜV NORD Mobilität and kaayo thus combines proven expertise with dynamic innovation.
kaayo is available without restriction to all garages, experts and law firms as an independent product, with and without TÜV NORD Mobilität expert reports. The basic functions, such as claims reporting by injured parties and claims processing, are available to garages free of charge.
