TÜV NORD GROUP awarded as Leading Employer

People & Empowerment: Die TÜV NORD GROUP zählt auch 2024 zu den Top-1-Prozent der Arbeitgeber Deutschlands.

TÜV NORD GROUP remains one of the top 1 percent of employers in Germany in 2024. For the “Leading Employers” 2024 study, the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation analyzed extensive data from 200,000 companies. “We work every day to further develop ourselves as an attractive employer. I am therefore particularly pleased that, in addition to the excellent regional results, we have reached the top ten Leading Employers in Germany this year. This award confirms our work,” says Astrid Petersen, Chief Human Resources Officer of the TÜV NORD GROUP.

In Lower Saxony, the Group once again took first place out of 183 award-winning companies, and in Hanover it once again took the top position among the 43 award-winning companies in the city. For the first time, the TÜV NORD GROUP is also number 1 in the “Services” sector comparison.

According to “Leading Employers”, the study compared a total of 12 million pieces of data, used 250 international sources and employed 450 search robots and artificial intelligence. For example, recruiting performance, online ratings of employee satisfaction on relevant rating portals, as well as diversity and well-being are included. Social media activities, employee benefits and responsibility and sustainability in dealing with people, the company and the environment also play a role.
