Welcoming new employees

It is important to us that you feel comfortable with us. We help new employees from the very beginning to find their way in their new working environment, to learn about their tasks swiftly and safely and to integrate their personal career path in the TÜV NORD GROUP in a simple and uncomplicated way.

Part of us - from day one

With us, you will be part of our team from the very first day. Experience the closer working environment and your new colleagues (e.g. during a campus tour), receive your training plan and a starting package with your admission card and everything else you need. In addition to the introduction to your department and tasks, you will get to know your colleagues and the top management during the TÜV NORD GROUP introduction events which take place several times a year.

During onboarding, we also familiarize you with our technical and cultural values, but we also want to learn from our "newcomers": You are welcome to share your visions, ideas and goals – let us participate in them and write new stories together. Individual development paths

Career starters quickly become career climbers in the TÜV NORD GROUP - thanks to personal development plans and proven programmes. In line with our motto "Making our world safer", we also ensure a high degree of reliability for your career planning. We encourage employees to become project managers, experts, sales specialists or advance towards the upper management.

 From junior manager to top manager in four steps

With us, you will move in four steps from the position of a Junior Manager through the middle and senior management to top management. Our talent development program with an Orientation Center (OC) provides the basis for your personal career path. Junior managers discover their potential in an Assessment Center (AC) and can develop further together with us during the leadership programme.

From middle to top management, our employees have access to internationally renowned management schools. In cooperation with them, the TÜV NORD GROUP puts together an exclusive training package for its employees. We want to support your development at all levels. To us the development of your personality matters at least as much as your progress towards technical expertise.

 

Other development paths focus on the development of technical authorization or project and cross-sectional tasks, for example digitalisation topics or the expansion of offered services.
