• Project management for the certification of offshore wind projects.
• Preparation, management and submission of tender documents for prequalification and bidding.
• Development and tracking of project plan (scope, schedule, cost).
• Planning and coordinating tasks, services and resources.
• Central point of contact for the customer and the project team.
• Interface coordination within the project team.
• Proper project reporting, preparing and coordinating stakeholder meetings.
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Project follow-up and analysis.

• Several years of relevant professional experience as project manager of complex projects, ideally in the offshore wind market and/or in the field of certification/type testing.
• Knowledge of common standards/guidelines for certification of offshore wind turbines.
• General understanding of offshore wind turbine components.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long and short term projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with contract terms and preparation of proposals.
• Commitment to high quality standards in all aspects of project delivery.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Intercultural competency and experience in projects with international participation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and German).
• A positive mindset and a flexible but structured approach to work.
