New diagnostic solutions help companies reduce mis-hires and develop talent in a more targeted way.

TÜV NORD Diagnostics and the HR and organisational consultancy PAWLIK are pooling their expertise through a strategic partnership. The aim is to jointly provide a more sound and objective basis for decision-making in recruitment and development processes, particularly against the backdrop of the ongoing skills shortage.

At the heart of the collaboration are online-based procedures that enable a structured assessment of skills, potential and career-related motivations in the areas of leadership, sales, agile working and agile leadership – for both new hires and internal staff development. The evaluation is carried out digitally, contextualised by certified specialists from TÜV NORD Diagnostics during face-to-face reflection sessions, and applied to the specific corporate context. Through objective and valid diagnostics, companies can thus make more appropriate HR decisions and identify areas for development among their employees at an early stage, enabling targeted and effective staff development.

The joint offering is based on a modular diagnostic portfolio from PAWLIK that covers varying levels of analysis. This allows clients to choose between a compact introduction to structured competence analysis – optionally with additional consideration of potential – an in-depth analysis at an individual level to support selection and development decisions, and a more comprehensive analysis of personality traits and motivations.
