Julian von Gramatzki appointed additional Managing Director of TÜV NORD Systems

As part of a structured succession process, the Board of Management of TÜV NORD AG has appointed Julian von Gramatzki as additional Managing Director of TÜV NORD Systems and designated CEO of the Business Unit Industry of the TÜV NORD GROUP with effect from 1 April 2026. The Management Board of TÜV NORD Systems thus consists of Ralf Jung (Chairman), Jan Radtke and Julian von Gramatzki since 1 April 2026.

Julian von Gramatzki will succeed Ralf Jung, who will retire as planned on 31 December 2026. Mr. von Gramatzki took over the role as COO in the Business Unit Industry on 1 April 2026, in addition to his current role as Head of the Business Field Process Technology, which he has headed since joining the TÜV NORD GROUP in 2022. The Business Unit Industry bundles global testing, inspections and risk assessments in refineries, chemical parks, power plants and petrol stations, for example. Before joining TÜV NORD, the graduate engineer held various management positions in the Siemens Group.

The Business Unit Industry of the TÜV NORD GROUP offers comprehensive services for digitalised industry in addition to traditional testing. Areas of activity include building and production technology as well as process technology. The testing laboratories are also part of the business unit.
