TUV India Bagged " Talent Management team of the year" and " Best Rewards and Recognition" Awards at Indian HR Leader Summit and Awards 2019 on 26th July 2019.
The event was organised by Morpheus Enterprises at Hyatt Regency, Andheri, Mumbai. This summit brought together the best of businesses, HR Leaders, HR experts and HR Technology partners & start–ups all under one roof. It witnessed presence of eminent speakers from Larsen and Toubro, Tata Consultancy, Reliance Jio, Siemens and Lafarge sharing the future trends of HR.
While "Talent Management team of the year" Award recognized a team that celebrates excellence and innovation in ways of identifying and managing internal talent, as well as the ways in which development opportunities are delivered, The "Best Rewards and Recognition" award recognized excellence and innovation in employee reward and recognition programs along with initiatives that are aligned with business objectives in order to incentivize and enhance productivity.
